For this badge you need to read the level 1 starfish requirements to pass.

Level 1: Starfish
﻿
The children must meet the following criteria to be allowed to go to the next level:
1.	The student is not afraid of water and enters happily. 
2.	A safe entry and exit are demonstrated.
3.	The student demonstrates good breath control under water. 
4.	The student plays and moves freely in the water.
5.	The student floats in various positions.	
6.	Sculling action causing movement through the water.
